Facilitator

Looking for a meaningful way to give back and empower the next generation of leaders? Facilitators play a vital role in bringing our program to life in communities nationwide.
What it Means to Be a Facilitator
We’re looking for people who are:

Excited to work with high school-aged students.
![]()
Willing to dedicate up to 5 hours per week.
![]()
Over the age of 25 and able to pass a background check.
You don’t need a background in marketing or business, though it helps! What matters most is your ability to connect with students, guide discussions, and create a safe, inclusive space for them to grow. Facilitators often tell us they get just as much out of the experience as their students do.
